Personal Appointment Book Small Doctor's Office Independent Theater

Example #3: Independent Theater

Scott runs an art-house theater in Palo Alto. He uses the HBL Time tool to quickly update his public web page with the schedule of films. He and his assistant are set up as administrators, allowing them to add a movie showing easily. The rest of the staff are guest users, and use the tool to see notes about upcoming shows. Scott often leaves messages about maintenance and popcorn inventory in the daily scratch pad.
Scott uses the publishing feature of the Time tool to allow the public access to the film schedule. He has it set up so that a link from his advertised web page takes them to the current schedule of screenings.
Scott also uses a second account on the HBL Time tool to manage the scheduling of employees. All employees are set up as guest users, and are expected to check the Time tool to find their schedule. Requests for replacements are exchanged on the notes section, using it like a bulletin board.
