Tiffany is a high school senior, and she uses the HBL Timetool to plan her life. She is the only user in her organization, and she has her color codes set for 'date', 'volleyball practice', 'holiday', 'school'. When she has upcoming homework projects due, she enters them as events and sets up an email reminder so that the system will send her an email so that she doesn't miss any assignments.
Tiffany also uses the rolodex as her own black book. Since she spends a lot of her free time chatting online, it's convenient to have everyone's email address and phone number right on the computer too. She's considering adding her parents as guest users so that they can log on from the office and see when she has volleyball games, but she's not certain they deserve such a cool toy. |
